2. Ask #help (or #lounge)
If searching the wiki was not helpful, your next step should be to try consulting #help or another community on the network, such as #lounge. A lot of common IRC questions can be answered there, and this route is more helpful if you are looking for client-specific advice on things related to Techtronix since the community uses a diverse set of IRC clients.

3. Send a Support Ticket
If all else fails, you can submit a support ticket. Certain types of assistance already require the use of the support ticket system, such as network ban appeals. Be sure to select the correct category/classification when submitting a ticket! This is easier for us to track and it makes sure your ticket is answered as fast as possible with the correct staff. Tickets will be ignored/closed automatically if they are not filled out properly.
